Empty template shows TVs in the backend

The bug has been closed in Redmine with the message that this behavior cannot be reproduced.
As you can see in the bug report there are more people experiencing this.

I have three projects running with Revo 2.0.4-pl2 and all of them show the same:

A resourcepage with template "empty" selected shows the TVs from the template that has been made default in the System settings.
-No TVs assigned to template 0 in the database (See the screenshot)
-No FC rules applied yet (See the screenshot)

Maybe re-open: http://bugs.modx.com/issues/2744#change-5571 ??

Thanks for the update! I just checked Redmine and saw you guys are working hard to get the new release finished. Thanks for the work and support from The Netherlands.
