No Resource Tree! Been working for days and now nothing....

I’ve been working with the latest version of Revo that I installed a few days ago. Just a few hours before a website launch Revo decides to no longer give me a Tree anymore... I need to stress that this is not an installation issue. It’s been working great for days. I literally spent the last 40 straight hours using it to configure a new site for a client. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason as to why I’m experiencing this as I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. Just using Modx as I have been for the other 4o+ hours... I did however run into several times where I had to log out and log back in to make changes as the progress bar kept going forever...

I’ve overwritten the core and manager folders. Some how after doing this I was let back in only for a minute and then I decided t be best I cleared cache, flushed permissions, etc... As soon as I cleared the cache it said running, but didn’t do anything for minutes. Si I pressed the OK and proceeded to flush permissions and sessions. I did this and was "locked out" again. I get into the manager with a top bar but no left tree...

Did you modify any of the ACL grids in Security->Access Controls or change permissions or edit any policies?

A client of mine has been working on the site and I have recently tried to log in and help. Now the only thing that I have is the top nav bar with no resource tree and nothing works.

I’m guessing this is something to do with permissions, but how would I go about resetting this? I have been through the DB and it looks like all permissions seem correct?
