      Hello,

      I installed modx from git, and ran the setup utility to upgrade my database.

      The manager does not display correctly, because it makes a request to the following CSS file, which does not exist:
      http://www.mysite.local/manager/templates/default/css/modx-min.css

      I also turned off the following settings, but it did not help:

      UPDATE `mydb`.`modx_system_settings` SET `value` = '' WHERE `modx_system_settings`.`key` = 'compress_css' LIMIT 1 ;
      UPDATE `mydb`.`modx_system_settings` SET `value` = '' WHERE `modx_system_settings`.`key` = 'compress_js' LIMIT 1 ;
      UPDATE `mydb`.`modx_system_settings` SET `value` = '' WHERE `modx_system_settings`.`key` = 'concat_js' LIMIT 1 ;
      UPDATE `mydb`.`modx_system_settings` SET `value` = '0' WHERE `modx_system_settings`.`key` = 'cache_json' LIMIT 1 ;

      Any ideas? Thank you.

        I combined xtheme-modx.css and index.css into a new file called modx-min.css, and the manager now displays correctly, except that the file tree won’t load.

        I get the following JavaScript error:

        Error: _ is not defined
        Source File: http://www.mysite.local/manager/assets/modext/widgets/system/modx.tree.directory.js?v=204pl2
        Line: 516

        I think this is because ext.js is not loaded correctly?

          It seems like the following two JavaScript files (served by PHP scripts) are blank. Any ideas?
          Thank you.
          <script src="/connectors/lang.js.php?ctx=mgr&topic=topmenu,file,resource,welcome,configcheck&action=" type="text/javascript"></script>

          <script src="/connectors/layout/modx.config.js.php?action=&ctx=mgr" type="text/javascript"></script>

            I solved the problem. I had an incorrect path in connectors/config.core.php

                +1 to update the FAQ section. most people think they won’t run into problems with revolution (out of the box) having thousands of resources
                I’ve thinked so too. Spent a lot of time to writing CMP, importing component and now have many problems.

                OpenGeek, if you tell, that we can solve "10K+ resourses" problem through custom tables and resourse-view-controller, maybe you can write a good publication about this (or manual page)? I’ve also encountered with this problem and have many questions about this (it’s described in my topic: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,57271.0.html).

                Jason, I’ve been using MODx for years already and its very surprising to hear things like:
                Again, the point everyone is missing is that Resources are not exactly equal to the data
                This thread is raising more and more questions for me.
                As it happens, sometimes the developers have their own logic, and users have their own. smiley
