    Hi all.

I’ve been running a slightly outdated iteration of revo. (modx-2.0.4-pl2)
After reading the docs I uploaded latest version. I had read the troubleshooting guide first, and backed up config.inc.php.
After the files had uploaded, I restored the config.inc.php

However, now that the new files are uploaded, I’m not being offered an option to upgrade by the setup.

    What’s going on here?
Is this recoverable, or do I have to set things up from scratch?

I think the upgrade option is dependent on finding the core/config/config.inc.php file. Make sure you put it in the right place with the right name.

If that doesn’t work. Look at the file and make sure the info in it is correct.

Also make sure it’s readable. And that you haven’t changed the config key.

          That was it.
When I restored it from backup I gave it the wrong name.

I renamed it correctly, and the upgrade has gone smoothly.

          Thanks.
