I duplicated the Administrator policy and when I try to edit the name and hit save nothing happens. It always says Duplicate of Administrator. See screen.
Any thoughts?

Works for me. Did you get a "Success" message at the top right after clicking save?
If not, any JS errors or errors in core/cache/logs/error.log?

No, no messages at all. The saving popup appears for a few seconds then disappears and that’s it. As soon as I click anywhere and then come back the change has not taken affect.

Further to this I can’t seem to add a permission to the Administrator policy. I want to hide most of the main tabs from the client so I went into Actions and added a permission to the site tab called view_tab_site. I then went into the Administrator policy and tried to add this but again the save did nothing.

Shaun, I now realize I don’t get a Save Successful message at the top. I just tried this on a different server and it worked fine. So it seems any sites on my main cloud server don’t save successfully. I have no idea where to even start to look.

Does that particular server run mod_security?
Hi Greg, I’m not a server expert so where would I look to find that info?

If you go into Reports -> System Info, then click on "View" beside PHPInfo(). Under apache2handler, Loaded Modules it will have mod_security in that list.
Hmmm. I don’t see apache2handler or Loaded Modules anywhere.
