Hello,
I am using the traditional install, and just upgraded to 2.0.4 from 2.0. Centos 5, php 5.2.13, mysql 5.0.91, pdo_mysql, firefox 3.6.
I am getting the Save loop problem reported in earlier versions, but I don’t have the same symptoms as far as I can tell. I can create and save a document with just a title "test", but if I then add a description "test", it never finishes the save dialog (though it always does save), the progress bar rolls endlessly. If I refresh it is fine. Tinymce is the only plugin I have, the latest 4.1.1-p1. Chunks and snippets save fine.
The following appears in the error log, but does not coincide with my saving.
[2010-10-20 18:41:09] (ERROR @ /home/user/public_html/core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php : 1754) PHP warning: json_encode() [<a href=’function.json-encode’>function.json-encode</a>]: recursion detected
Any troubleshooting tips?
- Do you have any opcode caching enabled? (eAccelerator, xCache, etc)
- Are you putting any HTML tags into any of the non-content fields?
- Does saving work fine if you disable TinyMCE?
