I just did a clean install of 2.0.1-pl2 and set friendly URL’s to "On". The friendly URL’s are working but they are not following the directory structure. I have:
Home
Child
But "Child" shows up as
http://www.domain/child instead of
http://www.domain/home/child
Running PHP 5.2.14 on 1and1 hosting.
Any ideas?

Nevermind, I answered my own question. For some reason the "Use Friendly Alias Path" setting is in a different area than the other Friendly URL settings.

The areas are still a little undercooked. I usually put a keyword in the search filter (in this case "Friendly" or "alias").
