I got this error when upgrading the system from 2.0.3 to 2.0.4

Error updating table for class modActionDom
Array
(
[0] => 00000
)

What should I check or do to fix this? Is it serious? It looks serious to me..

I’ve got this:

      Error updating table for class modActionDom
      Array
      (
      [0] => 42S21
      [1] => 1060
      [2] => Duplicate column name 'for_parent'
      )

Is this ignorable too?
