Hi MODx,
I’ve got kind of a funny problem with one of our clients. She is unable (and has never been able) to see the sidebar in the manager, while it works perfectly fine over on our end. Here is her setup:
[tt]
Operating System Microsoft Windows Vista
Screen Resolution 1366 x 768
Web Browser Firefox 3.6.10
Browser Size 1366 x 582
Color Depth 24 bit
Javascript Yes
Flash Version 10 (10.0.32)
Cookies Yes
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.10) Gecko/20100914 Firefox/3.6.10 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
[/tt]
In addition to Firefox, she has also tried it on the newest Chrome and IE7 (just for kicks). All have show the top menu bar, and the right content column, but not the left sidebar. There isn’t the little arrow to expand the sidebar down the middle of the page as there is when it is minimized.
I originally had 2.0.0 rc2 installed, but upgraded to 2.0.3 pl, and it still hasn’t fixed her problem.
I’m a bit confused as to why it’s not working on her specific machine in three different browsers, while it works great over here. Can anyone think of some things that we can try to get things up and running for her?
Thanks!
Scott

Nothing of interest in the log
Hi,
Not sure if this is going anywhere or not, but I had a bit of an update. I upgraded the site to 2.0.4 pl 1 and it worked! However, I saw the note and upgraded to 2.0.4 pl2 and that fried it again. From my understanding, there were very minute differences between the two installs. Can anyone think of anything that might be causing this login problem?
Thanks!
