OK I been playing around with contexts and permissions, been having a few problems which I posted here :

Anyway while still trying to sort this out I tried accessing the subdomain direct from it’s sub-folder, what I mean by this is
www.domain.com points to / which uses the web context
staff.domain.com points to /staff/ which uses the Staff context
So i tried www.domain.com/staff/ and it loaded the expected page from the Staff context, along with listing all the protected pages that are in the context, I was logged in so this would be expected. But going to staff.domain.com only shows the start page which is not protected and none of the protected pages.
Any help appreciated. Also is this a bug?
Also just noticed that if i click the protected links when going via www.domian.com/staff/ it tries to load the page as staff.domian.com/protectedpage.html and then won’t display it.
