modSymLink doesn't work - page is loading seems to be loading without ending

Hi,

I’ve installed (updated) MODx Revolution from 2.0.0 > 2.0.2 > 2.0.3

At Version 2.0.0 modSymLink was working correctly, I was able to edit the resource. At Version 2.0.3 when I want to edit the resource it seems to loading the resource without ending.

Is there something wrong in my settings or why this doesn’t work?

PS: Is there or will there be a better way, to change the type of a resource?

thanks for your help. I’ve downloaded the full package and copied it over my installation, made the setup and testet it.

Same problem it doesn’t work. I controlled the files and they are the same as described in the BUG.

Any ideas?

Version is now 2.0.4?

You need to turn off JS compression/concat: set to 0 the settings compress_js and concat_js

But be honest, this can’t be a solution. I hope there will be a next update that will fix that an let the compression etc. on.

LOOOOL, the buttons for saving etc. are now invisible.
I noticed, that this bugfix would also fix this?

You’re the 2nd person to mention that, not sure why that’s happening. We’ll have a 2.0.4 release out this week; you should probably just wait for that.

now the official 2.0.4 update is available and i updated.
But now, and with the fix on top, my saving buttons are disappeared in modSymLink.

How can i fix this?

Clear your browser cache.

This doesn’t work. I tested it with another browser and at another PC, too.

I can’t reproduce this; maybe the upgrade was not successful or some files failed to upload properly? Which distribution did you use? If advanced, did you make sure all your folders/files were writable by the PHP process for the upgrade (otherwise they won’t be overwritten and an error log will be produced)?
