Can't create documents

Hi there,

I use for the first time Revolution 2.0.3 (Traditional)
Looks great !

But I have a problem when I try to create ressources (document, link, symb link, external).
This message appears at top of the screen in the manager :

I’d try to use the Ressources buttons, and the Site menu with same error

Finally, I duplicate the default document. This is my only way to create ressources.

Here is the components that I had installed :

- Breadcrumb 1.1
- Ditto 3.0
- GoogleSiteMap 1.2
- Login 1.2
- TinyMCE 4.1.0
- WayFinder 2.1.1

My Server is a CentOS 5 with PHP 5.2.14 on Apache and MySQL 5 with PDO 5.0.77 (no accelerator or cache systems)
I try Google Chrome Mac Edition v.6.0 and Firefox 3.5 Mac

Looks like a file did not transfer properly to your account; did you FTP the files in place? This is a common problem that can be solved by re-uploading all the files.

I uploaded manager folder again, and it’s works
