IS there a plug-in or TV I can set up so that my client can
upload pdf’s to a single folder and then link to without using an ftp client?

    Thank you,

The TinyMCE rich text editor comes with an integrated file uploader that ties right in with the text editor. You can easily upload PDF documents and link to them.

Evo has TinyMCE built-in. Revo has it as a package that you can download and install.
