Access to server is via Cpanel, don’t have mail log access but it’s kicking no errors.
I’ve had previous installs, it’s always worked, but for whatever reason it’s doing nothing at all. Just refreshes to the form page. Standard form, method post, all the follwing indicated files are present and named accordingly:

I’ve stripped the previous to the bare essentials, just keeps bouncing back to the form page, nada, nothing in the error logs. The problem is I’m just shooting in the dark, so I guess the question is how do you debug these plugins when things just don’t work? I can’t find anything in documentation to give me a clue how I’d go about debugging it. Maddening.
