It’s almost impossible to build a page without something including a ! e.g. [[!userDetails]]
I’m assuming that if there’s one ! on a page nothing is cached. Or is part of the page cached excluding the ! bit?
The latter. If just one tag is cached, the cache will contain the whole page but with that tag unprocessed.
