Hi,
After my upgrade form GIT saving Context Setting doesn’t work anymore.
Does anyone else have this problem? Seems that the context description is correctly saved.
Nothing in the error log. No js errors

Works for me - try clearing browser cache. Can you be more specific on what’s not working? How you’re doing it? Is this from create or update?

So I created a new context setting test and I tried to edit the value. See image.
I click save(top right) and it seems like the value is saved.
But if I click the context in the tree and navigate back to the Settings tab the value is not there.
I also tried to do it using Right Click and Update. Same thing
Cache was cleared, I removed the cache folder from core and flushed permissions

After more tests it seems that the value is only saved if you put something in the Value field when you create a new setting. Updating it later doesn’t work
See Picture 2 to see what works.
I actually have the same symptom but mine was not an upgrade but fresh install of Revo. I had to manually add the context in the database but I still cannot edit and it’s still not listed under System > Contexts. Yet..it does list it in the Resource browser window.
Any JS errors? I remember replying to a similar problem and please give more details about your current setup.
I usually make sure:
-Browser cache is cleared
-Remove or rename core/cache
-Security/ Flush Permission
-System/System Settings - compress_js and concat_js are off(maybe compress css)
Test for correct behavior at every step.
This may have been a cross post. In any case my issue is now resolved by upgrading to 2.0.3. Thanks!
