I just installed Revolution 2.02-pl on Windows 2008 R2/MySQL 5.0.50/PHP 5.2.14. Things look great so far. I installed the modActiveDirectory using Package Management. I manually added a group into MODx that exists in our Active Directory. I also manually added an Active Directory user into MODx that belongs to this group. Based on the standard default settings for modActiveDirectory, I am expecting this MODx user to be linked to the MODx group as they are linked in AD. This funtionality is described in the modActiveDirectory documentation as follows:
"modActiveDirectory will automatically grab all the ActiveDirectory groups a user belongs to, and then search for any MODx UserGroups with matching names. If found, the user will be added to those groups."
How do I trigger this event? Or does it happen automatically at specified intervals? Is there a way to validate that MODx can see the Active Directory?

The package appears to install correctly with the following console output:
