Manager Issues?

Everything has been fine finished editing my site for the most part. Now Manager developed strange errors resulting in Header with buttons "Home,Site, etc" but blank page below when trying to edit a resource.

Console shows 3 errors

MODx.perm is undefined

MODx.action is undefined
[Break on this error] MODx.page.UpdateResource=function(A){A...rce-update",MODx.page.UpdateResource);

I didnt edit these files what went wrong???

Please provide at least what version of Revolution you are using...

Did you change any settings before this started happening? I cannot reproduce in my environment without some further insight on what you might have to done to make it start doing this.

In IE it works fine I will see some JS errors. I generally use FF for everything and that is where I am seeing the issues
