Cannot finish installation

I am having a problem with install. The initial database check passes ok but cannot get passed "Create or test selection of your database. I followed the advice from this thread with no luck:

In Firefox, the installation just does not continue. With IE I get this error:

(I replaced the site name with xxxxxxxxxx)

Any direction with this would be appreciated.

Fixed. As usual it’s the simple things that get you. I was using the incorrect database name. Thanks all.
