I can confirm that the Console sometimes won’t close (I think I saw it in uninstalling a component, but I can’t remember for sure). The OK button is live but has no effect.
As a workaround, you can just reload the page.
I confirm that I have the same issue in 2.0.3 in IE7 but not in Firefox 3.6.10
