Form Customization Rules not working in 2.0.2

Sorry, I wasn’t able to push to GitHub at all yesterday - some kind of network failure on their end - but here is the relevant commit that fixes it:

Also, I think the attached file will work as a patch file (if you’re familiar with how to use `git apply` to add patches.

Thank-you for this! Git is not something I’m familiar with using so I’ll take a crack at trying to get this going but worst case scenario will be falling back to Rev2.0.1 or Evo for this client project and hope that 2.0.3 is out before my next project.
