Escaping characters in Output Filters

Hi all,

I’m trying to use output filter on a resource tags like [[*content:ellipsis=`100`]], but engine replaces all special symbols in content with entities, like ’
’ becomes ’<br />’. If I don’t use any filter then engine returns content like it is without any changes. Is there any way to avoid escaping these chars in output filter? Or the other way I could avoid using tags in content, in this case is there a way to automatically replace CRs and TABs with correspondent tags?

All suggestions are welcome.

Well, I tried. I’ve started having problems with manager and then rolled back. It was having problems displaying resources, if I tried to select anything it was showing resource tree in a blank screen and javascript error in status string.

Did you try the traditional distribution? Did you read:

It’s finally worked. I managed to upgrade it again, probably I missed something last time, maybe forgot to log out the web admin user.

Again. Is there any way to replace linebreaks with tags? I tried to use [[*content:replace=`\n==
`]] but it didn’t work, I guess there’s a problem with escaping ’\n’ character.
Any advice?

I see there’s a modifier "nl2br". Maybe try that.
