All files get uploaded into the same directory

I have created under assets/resources the folders: files, images, flash and media.

I have set all the paths in the settings for the resource browser.

file manager path: /home/domainname/domains/domain.com/public_html/assets/resources/

resource URL assets/resources

resource path: /home/domainname/domains/domain.com/public_html/assets/resources/

When I upload an image and select the image directory before I do so the image still get’s uploaded to the general resources directory.

Ho can I solve this, what did I do wrong, Before pdf’s got uploaded to files and images to images... did this change?

Yes. There are no more flash/images/media/etc directories. If you want to upload to a specific directory, right-click on the directory and select "Upload Files".
