Revo has OnManagerPageInit.
And for these:

is now:
* OnUserChangePassword
* OnUserGroupSave, OnUserGroupSave (in model-level, so not a form processor)
* OnBeforeUserFormDelete, OnUserFormDelete, OnUserNotFound
* OnUserFormSave, OnBeforeUserFormSave
The user page changes are because of the unified user system, since there are no longer web/manager users.
As for welcome pages, those are not implemented. Manager dashboards will change in 2.1, so until then, it’s probably best to just fire the plugin on OnManagerPageInit, check to see if the controller of the current action is ’welcome’ for the ’core’ namespace, and go from there:
