Need Help - New Revolution site slow ONLY in IE

Hi guys. Just finished my first site using Revolution (done over 50 using Evo) and it’s running very slow in IE only. I am not sure why, and if anyone has run into anything like this, any help would be appreciated, and assistance in correcting can be compensated.

The site is running some JQuery for a text resizer and fancybox, and I also have some images preloading. There is some CSS that swaps in a rather large graphic depending on which page you are on (some conditional CSS), but ive never had this be a problem before. However, it does seem like the browser is trying to download all image references it finds in the css file, regardless if they are used on the page or not. Is this a server setting?

Snippets used are Wayfinder, getResources, and maybe Ditto (not sure, have to check)

In trouble, any help would be appreciated.

This is likely an issue with the image path in the CSS here related to facybox:

.fancybox-ie #fancy-bg-n { filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader(src=’../images/fancy_shadow_n.png’, sizingMethod=’scale’); }

The filter likes a full image path http://yoururl.com/layout/images/... etc.

Try that and see if it fixes it.
