Recently manipulating resources in one context - and all of a sudden - all the children of one parent went missing.
I know they’re there, I can see them in Batcher (a good MODx Component) but they seem to be hidden in some way - inaccessible from the manager. Parent still somehow knows it’s a parent however - but expanding it results in the triangle dissappearing. (parents not marked as container). Emptied cache / Flushed permissions.
I’m not sure how it happened - though I’m inclined to think it was when I was changing things directly before the sidebar refreshed.
Anybody else have this problem? Could be scary for users!

Did you assign the parent to a Resource Group? Did you change the context_key field on them?

Still not sure how what happened - but the resources became ’orphaned’ because the context had been somehow redefined - but the parent remained the same.
Changing the context back (context_key field) to the context of the defined parent from the DB worked. (I however did no database-level changes to precipitate this change)
No document groups were assigned / utilized.
I don’t know if I can reproduce this - but I’m putting my money on the resource tree refreshing WHILE I was attempting to make changes.
