I’m having some issues here...

I’m trying to add an editor with limited access to only one resource item + have the ability to add children
I’ve created a group called Editors, added some changes associated it with the particular resource, but then the resource and user group disappeared. If I try to add the user group again, I get "There is already a user group with that name"
has anyone encountered this before?
i ended up removing the entry I had under modx_document_groups and I can now see the resource
I’m wondering though, if I did something wrong or if this is a bug(and I did something wrong)...
I think it’s a bug and I’ve seen it but was never able to reproduce it and it very rarely happens. I ended up deleting the user group in the DB.
