How to import an existing website to MODx by batch processing?

I want to import a website to MODx Revolution including about 1.000 pages. Is it possible to use a batch processing for this purpose? The old pages do contain a parameter differing from page to page which I want to import to a predefined Template Variable for each new page.

Does anybody know how to do this?

The alias is automatically filled with the imported filename. Because of this ist should be possible to fill out TVs, too. Does anybody know how to do this?
