I’d like to give my client (site admins) the ability to create new users and place them in user groups but not even see the super admins. If they have to see the super admins I’d like it so they can’t edit or delete them. I have the site admins in a user group and have given them rights to see the Manage Users tab and at the moment they can see all users and can edit, delete or create new ones. Where do I go to restrict their rights to edit super admins?

I'm not sure if this question ever got answered, but I am having the exact same issue:
I need to allow an admin to create/edit user profiles of specific user groups but disallow access to the super admin profiles.
Is this possible in Revo? I've spent some time looking at ACLs, Actions, Policy Templates etc., but can find nothing that customises the Manage User tab for this scenario - maybe I've missed some vital capability of Revo.
Any feedback/help would be very welcome.

Me too, would like to know a way to restrict the user management for my clients so they can create new users with a limited role of e.g. editor.
