Flickering or scrolling

When i type in the MODx editor, the window keeps flickering up and down instead of staying still. What causes that and how can i resolve the problem?

It’s as if every time i type, the window scrolls, meaning that i cannot see what i’m typing.

Which browser and which version of MODx do you have?

I’m using Internet Explorer 8 and MODx Revolution 2.0.3-pl - the latesst version.

If you look at the end of the htaccess you will see :

I tried uncommenting as you showed, but with no success. I then tried out the manager using Firefox and it does not flicker/scroll which definitely means it’s a browser issue.

Internet Explorer 8 seems to cause flicker/scrolling during typing.
