Rich editor problems and manager bar at top of pages not showing up

I have a new install of Traditional Revo. I’m used to Evolution and am having some problems with the new release. When I create resources that have "Rich editor" checked I don’t see the editor come up. I also don’t see the manager bar when I preview pages on the site while logged in. Did the install maybe go wrong? I did an upgrade to see if it would fix the issues but the rich text editor still does not show up.

Is there a setting I need to change to make the rich editor show? How do I get the quick edit bar to show when viewing pages?

So I think I’ve figured out that MODx no longer ships with a rich text editor. I installed the TinyMCE package and it works great.

Is there supposed to be a Evolution style manager bar on pages in Revolution? If not, is there a package for it? I don’t seem to see one.

No, there isn’t a front-end editor like QuickManager for Revo (yet!).
