Just wondering if anyone has any information about the 2 form form processors in revo.
I used FormIt before but now I see there is a SPForm version.

SPForm installs a very quick-and-dirty contact form on the site. It’s very spamproof (what the SP stands for), but not at all flexible and no use for anything else. Its value is that when you install it, you have a working contact form on the site that will send email to the address you enter during the install, with JS validation and a Thank You page -- you don’t have to know anything about anything to use it (unless you need SMTP, and that’s just a matter of filling in the SMTP System Settings.
FormIt is infinitely more powerful (it’s the replacement for eForm). It’s a general form-processing snippet and it does have some spam options and a built-in email hook, but you have to create a resource, add a form to it, create one or more Tpl chunks (or specify the built-in ones), and tailor the snippet tag to meet your needs. If you wanted JS validation, you’d have to create it yourself. The up side is that you can create custom hooks that will do anything at all with the form data and you can create any form you can imagine.
