Stuck on the language selection screen

Hi

I am installing Revolution (on Windows) and get to the screen to select language. My language is EN, but when I go to select, it loops and brings me straight back to the same page (language selection).

Any ideas?

Did you get an error saying it timed out? When I installed default en
I remember I had to click twice as it timed out!? So what if you try faster?

It does look like it is timing out, but clicking twice has not worked.

There is a myriad of things to ask and to know here.

What server are you using, does it support PDO, version of PHP, web browser, what database are you using, etc.
