Form customozation issues

Hi,
I am building my first revo site and am experiencing issues with form customization.

Can someone give me an idea why none of my "Hide field" rules for the modx-page-settings panel are working???

Here is an example of a rule that is not working :

Action : core - resource/create
User Group : Blogger (I have tried setting this to None - but it changes nothing)
Name : richtext
Containing Panel : modx-page-settings
Rule : Field Visible
Value : 0


My other rules for hiding tabs and fields in the modx-panel-resource and modx-panel-ressource-tabs panels are working fine...
I don’t know if the problem is coming from me or from modx.

Any help would be much appreciated !!

OK, after a very frustrating couple of hours I found the solution :

For customizing fields in page settings you have to specify modx-panel-resource as the containing panel
and not modx-page-settings as it is written in the official revolution docs about form customization..

Can someone please correct this information to avoid it causing this type of frustration for others in the future???

I have now bumped into another issue.

I am trying to hide the template field so that blog posts get posted with a given template...
and my rule is being ignored.

I have successfully added a ’default value’ rule, but hiding it just does not seem to work.

Is the ’Field Visible’ setting not taken into account for the template field???

Ok my constraint was not working : it was usung modResource -> parent -> 13,14,15,16,17,18,19
and this constraint does not work with the Fielf Visible setting of template field.
I think it should.
