Is there a way to Install revo and packages at the same time just like evolution?
The only way I know is to have a tranport package that you did
on a previous installation.
So I did an install with all the stuff I use normally and then
I used PackMan to make a package for all that stuff. Unfortunatelly,
at this moment it does not pack everything, but it will in the near
future.
Then on the new install you just install the "site" package as if it
were another package and all the packages, snippets, plugins, templates
with TVs and even files will be installed for you... pretty cool stuff...

You could use the development version of MODx and modify the core.transport.php script to include the add-on components, but it would not be a trivial job.
