Captcha broken on request account page

This broke off the standard install, possibly after upgrading an add-on.

Any ideas where I should start looking? Any help much appreciated.

I’ve not managed to fix this, has anyone else had this problem?

Hmm, could be mistaken here have you checked that your host has the PHP GD library installed? I think most image captchas need that library.

Thanks, Captcha’s working elsewhere (on the main login for instance) so I am sure php’s image generators are working ok.

What add-on is generating the form for you?

That looks like code for MODx Evolution (Except for the tags -- odd).

I’m guessing there is no manager/includes/veriword.php file or the font and/or noise files aren’t there.
