Unable to upload files (server does not have permissions)

    Hi

    When I try to upload a file with the MODX Browser, a message says : "The webserver does not have the necessary permissions to upload to the directory." And this happens even after a chmod 777 on the directory.

    I’m on an Apache server on Linux (CentOS) with PHP 5.2.x

      Yes I have the same problem.

      i haven’t had time to have dig around yet to see what the problem is and have stuck with using FTP for now
