Can't save Chunks.. And maybe more...

I don’t get an error of any kind. I can’t save any chunks. If I "dumb down" the Html to 1 line with minimal tags it will save but 2,3,4 or more lines give me no save message and it wont save.

I’ve been to Bob’s page to look up fixes and searched the net for days to try and fix on my own. I ran across the below site and followed the steps with no luck. Any help?

Did you clear the site cache and your browser cache &cookies after implementing the fixes? It might make a difference.
