How does one actually use the regClientStartupScript and regClientCSS commands? I have the following statements in a snippet, and when calling the snippet nothing happens save the "Hello World!" Neither entry actually gets registered to the head.
What am I doing wrong?
$modx->regClientCSS('assets/components/fullcalendar/fullcalendar.css');
$modx->regClientStartupScript('assets/components/fullcalendar/fullcalendar.min.js');
return 'Hello, World!';
