I am trying to build a site in the new release of revolution. Not sure about in other areas but a lot of times when I click to save the resource the please wait alert box stays up as if there are troubles saving and I have to refresh the page to be able to continue with all the data I was trying to save lost. Has this issue been seen before? I am running a MAMP 1.9 server on my laptop.
Not sure if it was right but it seems to go away when I turn off the Tiny MCE editor. I have turned it off and on a few times and it saves well with the editor turned off and hit or miss with it turned on. Which would leave me with another dilemma. Is this the only text editor available for Revolution?
Check to see if mod_security is enabled in your MAMP setup.
IIRC, some people have solved problems like this by switching to XAMPP.
FCKEditor is now available for Revo, I think, but it has proved less reliable then TinyMCE.
I let it go for a while to see if anything showed up after updating to the 4.04 version of tinymce. Everything seems to be working fine with this update now in place. Thanks for the help.
