PhpThumb in Revolution

Amazing work! As an early adopter: Revolution may still be a bit buggy - but the potential is amazing and it’s almost ready to completely switch from evolution!

@jtech: Does the output filter resize the image on-the-fly every time, or just the first time the TV is requested and then creates a file locally?

@lossendae: Wow that extension looks amazing! Are you going to publish it so it’ll be available in the package manager?

I don’t have time lately but my work should go at a slower pace in 1 or 2 weeks, leaving me time to brought more MODx goodness to the community.

The output filter does support caching so once the image is created it will use the stored version until the parameters are changed. You can download the latest version in the package management now. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Is there docs about howto use phpthumb in revo?

Reading about "phpThumb Command-Injection Vulnerability"

Am I right to suppose that the modx included phpthumb isn’t avaiable for input outfilter?

Correct, it is secure. And no, it’s not at this time available as a filter, but that may change in the future.

Are there any news about the imagecropper TV?

It was functionnal, but i’m a bit relunctant to give it as it is now since it use jQuery.
I did not find a simple way to only use Extjs to do the same.
