how to escape "[" characters?

i have a page on my site where i want to output something like "this is how reference a chunk in modx: [[$chunkName]]" on the screen, but modx obviously tries to replace that with a chunk called "chunkName", which doesn’t exist... how can i achieve this? i don’t see any html entities listed for the square bracket characters. any input? thanks.

that didn’t work either. i forgot to mention above, the resource is currently entered using tinymce rte. what does ":tag" do? is that built in to modx revolution? or is it a phx extension? is phx still in modx 2? haven’t look for that yet.

the [ and ] work, but you have to disable the rte, or else put it in a chunk (which i did), because tinymce will keep converting your "[" into a regular "[" character. got it working though. it’s not like the table is going to change much, so having it in a chunk is no big deal.
