Revo 2.0 Install problems // Getting a 503 Service Unavailable??

Hi, I am desperate to try out the new release (e.g. v2.0 Revo), but I can not get it to install... Place all the files on the server and navigate to the folder to begin the install and I get a

Error 503: Service Unavailable
503 Error // Site temporarily unavailable.

Error.... Any ideas? Does this mean my configuration on the server does not match that of Revo???

Just noted a related post... seems you have to run setup folder than the root now! my bad... did not notice this documented anywhere... was continuing in the old MODx way!
