modify the right-click menu?

I want to create a slightly modified version of "Duplicate Resource" that would create a duplicate resource with a specific string appended to the title (rather than prompting the user for the title). I’d like to add this to the right click menu for resources as "Create a Draft Copy".

Is this type of customization remotely possible? Or on the roadmap for future releases?
