Yes, I have done this successfully.
Basically, I followed this guide:

The most interesting part is the section about the differences between the old and the new MODx Tags. I worked directly with the database. I did a parallel install of Evo and Revo. Then I changed my existing
modx_site_content table of Evolution to the new structure of Revo (with "alter table"...), dumped it as a *.sql file and searched and replaced the old and new tags in this dump. Then I replaced the table with my altered dump. In this way, I didn’t have to cut and paste the contents of my pages again, as described in the guide.
But be warned: there may some snippets missing in Revolution. At the end I was successful, but many things are different (for example: Ditto -> getResources...). The backend feels somewhat slower than the old one, because it’s not a frameset anymore. If you really need to migrate? Well, it depends.
