stuck on save-dialogbox

hi,

using rev7212.
on certain documents i get stuck in the "please wait - saving..." overlay-box.

it does not seem to be a general problem, but i have at least one resource, that never "officially" finishes the saving process. when i reload the browser page i see, that the changes have been committed, but i can’t get out of the saving-dialog without a browser refresh.

anyone else coming across this?
should i file it as a bug?

It could be related to mod_security at the host if the resource contains something mod_security doesn’t like.

sorry, i never delt with mod_security.

is there some place where i can check settings, or whats going on behind?

okay, i boiled it down:

when i enter html (<p></p>) in the introtext-field i get stuck in the save-dialogbox.

as soon as i delete the html-tags, it saves as expected.

is this a bug, or was the introtext-field never ment to hold html-tags?

I’m stucking on save-dialogbox saving any document. I don’t have any documet metadata typed in, only title.
The system saves the document (after I refresh the page, the changes appear saved), but the dialogbox don’t go away.
Where can be the problem?

P.S.:I don’t have mod_security installed on the server.

I’m having the same problem on a (local) MAMP installation. The "Please Wait... Saving..." popup stays on forever and the progress bar perpetually fills and refills.
In my case, the changes applied are not saved.
