when scroll-bar is moved a little bit from top, dragging elements doesn’t work anymore.
it works only when scrollbar is on top.
this is also when I try to use xtype:portal for sorting elements in a custom-tv-input-type.
scroll-bar on top - I can sort my elements.
scroll-bar moved from top - dragging is impossible.
where are the places to search or has anybody found a fix for that?
