Revolution Installation - 500 error

Hi,

I’m trying to upgrade Ev 1.0.4 installation to Rev 2.0.0. Have finally got green OKs, but when I click the install button, the next page that comes up says "500 Error - A fatal application error has been encountered." Any help please?

System:
Linux/Apache 2.0
Php 5.2.13
Mysql 5.0.91

Have checked FTP, files are definitely in place.

Upgrading from Evolution is not fully supported at this time. There will be a migration tool released later.

I understand; however, is this related to the upgrade of Evolution? The errors as mentioned didn’t seem to be outside of a standard upgrade process. And there are related errors in Jira.

The errors are occurring because the upgrade process from Evo is not fully implemented.

Ok. Any heads up on when that upgrade system might be completed? I’ve got a project that requires upgrade from 0.9.6.3, and I need to know if I should hang out for the upgrade to 2.0.0 or only do 1.0.4. I won’t be able to do any further upgrades after that.
