Advanced Search Feature?

I’m wondering what the best route would be to create a fairly advanced search for a Modx site.

Essentially, the organization I’m creating a site for offers various programs, each with a set of criteria. Perhaps: color, size, weight, etc. I’m hoping to be able to have a set of menu options for users to be able to use to search with. Such as, a user may select "green", "large", and "2 lbs" and have only those matching those criteria be returned.

I’ve explored Ajax Search and Ditto a bit but am feeling a bit lost. Any recommendations?

MODx Revo has a plugin called simpleSearch it might be able to achieve what you want, the only drawback of simpleSearch is that it does not support dynamic content.
