Clean Install - Login results in blank page

1. I read the whole REVO documentation
2. I sent my account request in JIRA... so no addition/verification there

Problem
We made a clean install on our server (fresh install), everything up to there goes fine.
When we try to login, we simply get a blank page after submitting the login info.

We’ve tried installing in the root directory as well, as this problem had been occurred before if we installed in a directory other than the root of public_html.

We passed a solid 3 hours on our server re-testing our configurations to make sure everything worked correctly, yet this problem still occurs.
I’ve read just about every related issue and forum post with the same problem, none of the proposed solutions worked.

Also important information:

We are getting no error reports, neither from the server or from modX

Problem solved.

It was in the server configurations, but many people have been getting this error, so here is what we added to our .htaccess file in the root directory:

php_value session.auto_start 0

Now that could be the solution to any number of odd problems! If a default session is getting started automatically, then any later session customization would be pretty much futile.

Tbh session.auto_start should always be "Off" and if i’m not mistaking the default php setting is 0.
